Ben Tevelin is a partner at Field Strategies and offers a dozen years experience in running issue-based and electoral campaigns to the Field Strategies team.

Most recently, Ben managed Field Strategies’ work with three national labor unions to elect Kasim Reed as Mayor of Atlanta, successfully increase support for the Employee Free Choice Act in the US Senate and help casino dealers in Atlantic City work towards their first fair contract.

In 2008, Ben led Field Strategies to seven victories in four states including Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ, primary), Congresswoman Kathy Dahlkemper (PA-03), Congressman John Adler (NJ-03), Congressman Andre Carson (IN-07 special election) and Congressman Don Cazayoux (LA-06 special election).

Previously, Ben worked extensively in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oregon and Iowa, specializing in field operations, campaign management, message development and political communication.

Since 2004, Ben has served as Iowa Data Director for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign, directed field operations for successful Gubernatorial races in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, elected Democrats to Congress as Manager for multiple independent expenditure field programs on behalf of the DCCC and coordinated GOTV operations for numerous races in suburban Philadelphia, Chicago, Indianapolis, Hoboken and elsewhere.

A D.C. area native, Ben is a graduate from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University.
